The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of North Carolina has announced charges against two former employees of the Greenville County Sheriff's Department. The internet giant Google has filed a lawsuit against them, alleging illegal anti-competitive behaviour. The indictment charges them with one count each of conspiracy, conspiracy to damage state property and breach of fiduciary duty to the state of Greenfield County and the state of South Carolina.
