The Madison County Economic Development Board is pleased to announce that it is seeking artists to design and develop Madison Public Art Park, located on the scenic Dr. Otis Duck Greenway in downtown Madison, NC. The selected artists will have their artwork installed in Mars Hill NC, and the selected artist will also exhibit his artwork in the park. We are looking for artists or groups of artists willing to submit their work to the Great Jones Street Mural Project, which will flank a major corridor through the Durham Centre as part of the North Carolina Arts and Cultural Development Authority (NCACDA) Master Plan.
